Here is a portion of the actual wording written for an “Experience” SECTION on a client’s resume; her objective was to secure a position in the airline industry where she could utilize her skills and success as a Fuel Administrator and a Logistics Coordinator.

Strategically align the company with service centers offering fuel and hangar space services Research, contact, negotiating rates with, and select the most cost-effective and client/crew-friendly Fixed Base Operators throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and Bermuda. Strive to strategically align the company with service centers that not only offer the best fuel prices, but also access to hangar/indoor storage space, oil, parking, washrooms, telephones, and other services for charter flights and passenger. Each month, forward a report to the Accounting Department, detailing the fuel rate and usage rate at each particular FBO. As one of two Aircraft Logistics Coordinators, ensured the company’s 300 pilots were flying aircraft with properly functioning avionics software at all times. This encompassed troubleshooting and finding a solution for any/all issues, concerns, or problems with cockpit data devices providing a variety of textual and graphic information to and from the cockpit, including weather, forecasts, winds aloft, and messaging. Maintained open communication with avionics equipment vendors and sent units back to manufacturers for repair if/when they were unable to be repaired in-house.
